One-way drop-off (home drop-off) information:
When you come out after the performance, you will meet with the driver holding the picket at 21:10 in front of the ticket booth where you first exchanged your ticket (location in the photo above).
If the driver is unable to park because there are no spaces in the parking lot, you may have to walk together to the parking lot across the bridge.

Pickup cost information:

• Intercontinental: 100,000 dong/per vehicle/one way
• Nam Hoi An area: 150,000 dong/per car/one way
• Lang Co area: 700,000 dong/one way per vehicle
• If you request pickup outside of Da Nang city, please pay the fee directly to the driver.

Meal ticket inclusion information:

• Where to eat: Non la restaurant or Trung Hoa Restaurant
• Meal time and method: Visit before or after the performance, show your ticket, and select the Inbound Asia Combo menu.

• The box office opens from 16:00.
• You can enter even after the performance has started, but it may disturb others, so please enter on time. We recommend that you check in by 19:45 at the latest.
• The ticket office and Impression Park are open from 16:00. There is also Hoi An Impression Theme Park next to the Hoi An Memories Show, so you can come early and take a look there.
• This show goes on even if it rains.
• If the driver is unable to park because there are not enough spaces in the parking lot, you may have to walk together to the parking lot across the bridge instead of the ticket booth after the performance.
• This show goes on even if it rains. If it rains, raincoats or umbrellas will be provided. For seats of the same class, you can move to an empty seat.
• VIP seats: Located at the very top of the concert hall, there is a screen above to protect you from rain.
• HIGH seats: Located in the lower row of VIP seats, some seats are located under screens. If it rains in the High Seat, you can move to a High Seat that does not get exposed to the rain.
• ECO seats: Located at the front of the venue and have no barriers. If it rains, ECO seats and some HIGH seats cannot avoid the rain. (Raincoats and umbrellas are provided.
• There are no assigned seats, so you can sit wherever you want in the separate seats.
• You can get a wide view by sitting as high as possible in your seat class.
• For ECO and HIGH seats, cancellation is free if canceled 5 business days or more in advance (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), after which cancellations and changes are not possible.
• VIP seats cannot be canceled or changed after payment.
• All tickets include ‘free admission’ to Impression Park.
• This product can be reserved for at least 2 people.
• Children between 0 and 110 cm tall are free, those between 111 and 139 cm are charged the child rate, and those over 140 cm must be booked at the adult rate.
• As of June 8, 2022, children are provided free of charge. (Excluding VIP)
• If you make a reservation as a child and the height exceeds 140cm, you must pay the walk-in fee (adult child difference) directly on site.
• If you make a reservation for an infant (free of charge), no seat will be provided. Usually, ECO and HIGH seats are available so you can just sit there, but there are not many seats for VIP seats, so there is a high possibility that you will not be offered a seat.
• If you use the (admission ticket + one-way pickup) product, please enter the meeting location when making a reservation and the driver will pick you up at that location.
• If you are meeting in the hotel lobby, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. Just meet him.

100% cancellation fee from 2 days prior to use date
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
