University Facilities Hideaki, who is interested in the tea ceremony tradition, began his career at Shofukuro Kaiseki Restaurant after graduation. A few years later he returned to his hometown and joined his family's restaurant, becoming head chef three years later. Currently, as the owner and head chef of Kashiwaya, he serves the best kaiseki cuisine to his guests.
