If you cancel your tour 14 days before the tour date: 100% refund
If you cancel your tour between 13 days and 7 days before the tour date: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund)
If you cancel your tour between 6 days and 4 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
If you cancel your tour between 3 days and the tour date or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
