- Print the voucher and present it along with the passports of all passengers when boarding the ferry.
- We strictly enforce a policy of limiting carry-on baggage (backpack or trolley bag) to one piece per passenger.
- The total size of the trolley bag cannot exceed 130cm. If it exceeds this, it will be treated as checked baggage along with other bags or belongings.
- Weight less than 15kg: Baggage that does not occupy seats or aisle space
- Business class passengers are provided with 20kg of free baggage. Tourist and outdoor class passengers are provided with 15kg of free baggage.
- Porter fees are a voluntary agreement between porters and passengers.
- Pregnant passengers, regardless of the number of months pregnant, must bring a medical certificate stating that they are fit to travel on their scheduled trip.
- Oversized baggage fee is ₱120 - 400 per piece. (depending on weight)
- Infants aged 0 - 2 can ride the ferry for free. (Shared seat with parents)
- If travelers miss the ferry, they can reschedule their tickets at the dock. (Additional fees may apply)
