Open Water Certification Acquisition Schedule

Day 1:
Hotel pickup between 7 and 8 AM
9 a.m. ~ Presentation and theory education, equipment attachment and detachment, and buddy check
Afternoon~ Compound water and breathing techniques. Basic diving skills
*Compound Water: Swimming pool training. Snorkeling. Pin Usage

Day 2:
Hotel pickup between 7 and 8 AM
9:00 a.m. - Ocean practice (5M depth), review of entry/exit and swimming pool training
Afternoon ~ Marine practice and dive decompression table training, final inspection and debriefing, and end of training
*Ocean practice: free swimming, photography
