* Please note that traffic jams often occur between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated meeting time and be sure to be on time.

• Your guide will help you take photos at Sirao Garden and Temple of Leah. (Excluding other spots)
• This is an exclusive tour product for only those in your group. If you make a reservation as a team member, we are not responsible for any problems that arise during the reservation process or tour.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• In case of cancellation due to weather or local circumstances, we may notify you of the cancellation the day before the tour or 1 hour before the tour. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
• The tour will continue even in rainy weather, and you must purchase your own raincoat. (5 ringgit)
• You must reply to the pickup time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk message sent the day before the tour date.
• If you do not receive a KakaoTalk message by 8 PM the day before the tour date, please contact our emergency contact number.
• Infants under 23 months old are free, and children over 24 months old fare the same as adults.
• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may change flexibly depending on local circumstances.
• Pick-up / drop-off is only available for hotels in the Mactan and Cebu City areas. Pick-up / drop-off may not be available for some hotels, so pick-up will be carried out from a nearby hotel.
• If you tour immediately after arriving at the airport, pick-up will be at the Mactan Waterfront Hotel Casino lobby, and for condo areas in Mactan Newtown, pick-up will be in front of McDonald's.
• The tour lasts 6 hours and 30 minutes including pick-up and drop-off, and if it exceeds 6 hours and 30 minutes, an hourly extension fee will be charged.
• When using the check-out option, the 90-minute massage is not included in the tour time (6 hours and 30 minutes).
• The massage shop you will use in the checkout option is 'Nuspa', but it may change depending on local circumstances.
• Additional costs may apply if you change the pick-up/drop-off location after your reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness, so please be sure to adhere to the designated time.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from information entered incorrectly when making a reservation (name / contact information / date of use / pick-up and drop-off location / KakaoTalk ID, etc.) or theft or loss.
• As there is a risk of loss, we ask that you take your valuables with you or store them safely. We are not responsible for any loss/damage.
• This tour is an overseas tour product that takes place overseas, so all responsibility lies with the local tour company, and local insurance standards apply.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
