• Since this is a car rental for independent travel rather than a set package tour, it is possible to coordinate the stay time at each tour location within the time, so please note that it is possible to coordinate the stay time at the tourist destination where you want to stay longer with the driver.
• All tour estimated times are based on the time from departure from the boarding location to disembarking at the drop-off location.
• You can tell the driver where you want to drop off the vehicle on the day of the tour, so it can be changed depending on the situation on the day of the tour. However, when telling the driver where to get off, you must tell him the [Jungmun address] of the restaurant, massage, hotel, etc. you want to go to so that he can take you to your destination accurately.
• If you join with other people, you must coordinate with each other to have one pick-up and drop-off location.
• The taxi driver cannot act as a guide according to Taiwan Tourism Law, so he cannot provide an explanation.
• For all drivers, it is not possible to provide confirmation information before payment, but we can inform you of the final status of the assignment sequentially after payment.
• Please wear your seat belt while in the car. According to Taiwanese traffic laws, there are fines for not wearing a seat belt.
• Please be careful not to leave valuables in the car and be careful not to lose anything inside the car. We are not responsible for loss.
• This itinerary will not be canceled even in case of rain. The order of the itinerary may change due to weather, but all destinations will be visited. (However, in case of a natural disaster - earthquake, typhoon, etc., a full refund is possible and we will contact you in advance.)
• You can board with a suitcase.
• Each vehicle has liability insurance of 20 million NTD (approximately 800 million won). However, this applies only to accidents within the vehicle.
• Since there are no suitable restaurants on the way after the forest tour, we recommend eating at the forest area. If you do not want it at the restaurant, please discuss with the driver.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of any emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

*Please note that if you first board the tour at the visitor center and walk down from Cheonjiam, it is a trekking course of about 3 to 4 hours. If you would like to spend more time, you can consult with the driver and adjust the time. (There is an additional time fee, and if there is traffic congestion, an additional time fee is also charged.)


Driver's language information

• Depending on the driver, some may only be able to speak English/Japanese/Korean/Chinese required for the tour. If you would like a driver who can speak each language, please indicate it at the time of reservation and we will assign you only if there is a driver who can be scheduled in the order in which you requested payment. We will provide final guidance upon vehicle allocation.
• There are no Korean-speaking drivers departing from Hualien/Kaohsiung/Taichung/Tainan. They are all from Taiwan, and the drivers in Hualien/Kaohsiung/Taichung/Tainan areas can speak English, but Korean is difficult. (However, there are many people who are good at English)
• If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, tell the driver “call center” and he will connect you with a Korean interpreter from our call center.
• If you are late, you may depart without being contacted individually, and cancellation or refund on the same day is not possible under any circumstances, including reasons such as lateness.
• Please prepare documents to verify your identity on the day of travel. (To sign up for 1-day domestic travel insurance in Taiwan, passports for all participants required for the event are required. Passports, reservation confirmations, and other vouchers can also be presented via mobile phone.)

Information regarding additional costs

• If the estimated tour time is exceeded, an additional fee of 450 NTD per hour will be charged for taxis and 650 NTD per hour for vans.
• If you wish to depart outside of the recommended time, an additional charge of 450 NTD per hour will apply, or 650 NTD per hour for a van. Please indicate in your request.
• If you have luggage, you must reserve a van for up to 5 people. If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people. Additional cost of 500 NTD per person only.
• Vehicle congestion may occur depending on tourist attractions and road traffic conditions on the day of the tour, and if the tour time is exceeded due to this, additional fees must be paid to the driver.

Information on additional costs related to pick-up/drop-off locations
*There is no additional charge for pick-up/drop-off within Taipei city. Additional charges will apply depending on the distance if you wish to pick-up/drop-off in an area other than downtown Taipei.

• Since it is the price of one vehicle, it is the same price for all children and infants.
• Additional fees must be paid to the driver on the day of the tour in Taiwanese dollars.
• Car seats, boosters, and strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request. (However, if the quantity is insufficient, you may not be able to apply. When making a reservation, please fill out the request form or contact us via KakaoTalk.)

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
