• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• This product can be picked up at Da Nang, Hoi An, Nam Hoi An Vinpearl, Hoi An, and Da Nang International Airport. However, the fee may vary depending on the region.
• If you would like to be picked up/dropped off at Da Nang International Airport, please contact us in advance. (Additional charges may apply)
• The tour takes about 6 hours and 20 minutes from Da Nang and about 7 hours from Hoi An.
• This product can be purchased with an English guide option. Please inquire when making your reservation, and an additional fee of $40 will be paid directly to the guide.
• You can choose a vehicle of your choice among 4-seater, 7-seater, or 16-seater vehicles, regardless of the number of people. (Prices vary depending on the vehicle)
• If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us at least 2 hours before your reservation so we can take action.
• There are three types of vehicles available: 4-seater, 7-seater, and 16-seater.
  (1) 4-seater: Up to 2 people can ride, 2 carriers, 2 bags can be carried
  (2) 7-seater: Up to 4 people can ride, 3 carriers, 4 bags can be carried
  (3) 16-seater: Up to 8 passengers, 8 carriers, 8 bags
• Since the reporter is not fluent in English, we recommend using a translator.
• Pets are not allowed in vehicles.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

After cancellation: No refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
