How to exchange Taiwan Pass

1. First, download the Taiwan PASS app. ( IOS / Android )
2. Enter your 'Exchange Serial Number' and activate.
3. After activation, you can check the tickets included in the pass. When you select the product you want to use, the QR code and exchange serial number will be displayed.
4. Once you initiate an "Exchange" for one of the products within the APP, please complete all exchanges within the 7-day validity period.

How to redeem Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail Unlimited 3-day Pass

1. Please select [Get Ticket] within the Taiwan PASS app to receive the electronic exchange code.
2. Please use the electronic redemption code to reserve your train on the Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail official website .
3. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket booth at the high-speed rail station.

※ Ticket exchange and boarding are available from the day after you download the electronic exchange code after purchase.
