• We would like to inform you that there will be no problem in language communication as the article's message is delivered in Korean through AI automatic translation.
• From February 14 to February 19, 2026, the service will be unavailable due to the Taiwanese Lunar New Year holiday.
• You must provide your flight number after booking.
• Vehicles are assigned based on the maximum number of passengers and luggage, and fares vary depending on the vehicle.
  5-passenger vehicle: Up to 3 people + up to 2 28-inch carriers
  5-passenger SUV: Up to 4 people + up to 3 28-inch carriers
  9-passenger van: Up to 8 passengers + up to 6 28-inch carriers
• TWD300 per car seat (payable locally)
  : A total of 3 types by age, a maximum of 1 for 5-seater vans, and a maximum of 2 for 9-seater vans only
  0-1 years old rear-facing car seat / 1-4 years old forward-facing car seat / 4 years old and above booster car seat
  If you are accompanied by a child under 4 years old, you must rent a car seat according to local Taiwanese traffic laws. If you do not specify whether you need a car seat when making a reservation, you will not be able to rent a car seat or ride, and cancellations will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• Boarding times are based on local time.
• The free waiting time for airport pickup service is up to 90 minutes from the actual landing time of the flight.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
