Introduction to the Maokong Gondola Route

Maokong Gondola consists of four stations.

• Taipei Zoo Station (動物園站): The starting and ending station of the Maokong Gondola, and the closest transfer point to the main entrance of Taipei Zoo.
• Taipei Zoo South Station (動物園南站): This is an intermediate stop where you can get off to visit some of the exhibition halls at the Taipei Zoo, such as the Panda Hall.
• Zhinan Temple Station (指南宮站): This station is where you can visit the Taoist temple Zhinan Temple or get off the gondola and enjoy the view of Taipei City.
• Maokong Station (貓空站): The final stop for the gondola, and the final destination for experiencing tea culture with its concentration of traditional tea houses and tea fields.

Maokong 3 Experiences (Choose 1)

• Tea Postcard DIY Experience: This is a sentimental experience where you put Tieguanyin tea leaves in a specially made postcard envelope and send it along with a heartfelt letter to someone far away or to yourself.
• Zunan Palace Fortune Card: This is an activity where people write their wishes for family safety, good health, academic success, etc. on fortune cards and pray for the gods' blessings at Zunan Palace, which is filled with fragrant flowers and trees all year round.
• Maokong Tieguanyin Tea Sachet: Create your own unique and fragrant tea sachet by combining Maokong's signature Tieguanyin tea stems, flowers, and grass notes.
