Baguette & Croissant Traditional Baking Class

In the traditional baking class, you'll work with bread and croissant dough to learn the process behind creating France's iconic baked goods. Discover the differences between flour, yeast, and sourdough, learn techniques for shaping baguettes, and master the art of making croissant dough.

Explore the variations of baguettes and hear stories about French pastries like croissants. A tasting session of your own creations is included, allowing you to fully savor the experience from creation to taste.


Create Your Own Macarons Class

In the macaron class, you'll join a pastry expert at a bakery in the Marais district to tackle France's signature dessert. Choose your desired flavors and colors, then experience firsthand everything from mixing the batter to piping and baking to complete your macarons.

Learn the history of macarons and expert tips for making them perfectly, followed by a tasting session. Your finished macarons can be packed in your own custom box, making for a sweet souvenir of your Paris trip.
