Paris French Pastry Baking Class - Choice of Macarons, Croissants or Tarts

Make pastries with a French chef
at a workshop near Montmartre

The class takes place at a workshop just a few steps from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and Montmartre. After settling in and meeting your fellow participants, you learn about the history of French pâtisserie and its basic techniques. The chef guides you through every step in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and all ingredients and cooking equipment are provided.

The class is taught in English with up to 6 participants. Both beginners and experienced bakers are welcome, and the focus is on know-how you can recreate at home.

Choose the class you like

• Macaron class (about 2.5 hours) — Make light, crisp macaron shells using the Italian meringue method, plus a chocolate ganache filling. The recipe is gluten-free.
• Croissant class (about 3 hours) — Learn to make authentic, crisp and buttery croissants.
• Bicolor croissant class (about 3 hours) — Make two-tone croissants with chocolate and praline.
• French tart class (about 3 hours) — Learn to make French tarts under the guidance of a French chef.

Taste your pastries and take them home

After the class, you can taste the pastries you made on site with a cup of tea or coffee. You can also take them home in a box to share with friends and family. You receive an English recipe so you can bake them again at home.
