Highlights
Learn the secrets of making macarons from a French pastry chef at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, the landmark department store in Paris's Opéra district. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes, you'll follow each step, from making the shells and ganache to filling and assembling them. The chef uses local organic ingredients and crowd-pleasing flavors such as chocolate and pistachio. You can eat the 4 or more macarons you make on the spot or take them with you, and you'll receive recipes so you can make them at home. A parent-and-child class is also held every Wednesday.
Program

You'll make at least 4 macarons during the class, which you can eat on the spot or take with you. The chef also gives you 2 recipes so you can make them again at home.
