The class takes place at Ferrandi's Kitchen on the 3rd floor of Lafayette Maison & Gourmet at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. A professional chef from a famous cooking school teaches the basics of French cuisine, new cooking techniques and their own secrets. The instructor teaches in English, and the class lasts about 2 hours.
Make your chosen menu step by step
Depending on the option you book, you will make butternut squash risotto, or coq au vin-style chicken with pilaf rice and glazed vegetables. Follow the chef's explanations one step at a time, from preparing ingredients to cooking.
Finish by tasting what you made
Once the dishes are ready, the class ends with a traditional French-style tasting. Enjoy lunch made with your own hands.
