French Macaron Baking Class with a Parisian Chef

The macarones were delicious and looked pretty good too! Our chef provided very clear instructions and was patient with our questions. She gave us great local recommendations for food and for shops for any supplies we might need to make macarones at home. A very fun time!

Very easy, simple experience. plus you get to take home very tasty macaroons! The chef was very nice, being in his home felt like I was spending the afternoon with a friend. Word of caution... if you really want the recipe take copious note... chef said he’d share the receipt & instructions but has not. Overall, while I enjoyed the experience I found it a bit overpriced (3 of us went so close to $400 for 20 macaroons was a bit much).

My 9 yr old daughters dream was to learn to make real French macaroons. We had a great time learning together in Chef Marthe fabulous apartment. She was patient and kind, and taught us how to make REAL French macaroons. Now to replicate at home!! Highly recommend

Super Aktivität in einer tollen Atmosphäre bei einem französischen Spitzenkoch zu Hause. Kleine Gruppe mit nur 8 Leuten, jeder konnte / durfte sich beteiligen und selbst mitmachen. Toll waren insbesondere die kleinen Back-Tipps, die nicht in den Rezepten standen. Uns hat‘s total viel Spaß gemacht!
