When you arrive at Chez Manon in the heart of the Marais, tell the staff you are here for the baking class and they will show you to the class area. The bakery uses quality ingredients, including organic ones where possible. The class lasts about 2 hours and is held in English.
Pick flavours and colours, from batter to baking
Guided by a pastry expert, choose flavours and colours to your taste, then mix, pipe and bake the macaron batter. You can choose from several flavours within a set recipe. Along the way, you'll also hear about the history of this iconic dessert.
Taste and take home a box of macarons
The class ends with a tasting. After enjoying macarons and refreshments, pack the macarons you made in a box to take home as a souvenir.
