In a small atelier in Paris's 18th arrondissement, you'll spend about 2.5 hours making French desserts with 'Mamie', a French grandmother. Classes run in small groups of up to 8, and she guides you step by step in a calm, relaxed atmosphere, so families, children and baking beginners can join with ease.
Make tarte Tatin and madeleines yourself
Make two popular French pastry classics: tarte Tatin and madeleines. Using recipes she has perfected over decades, she shares the secrets to a perfect tarte Tatin and delicate madeleines.
Taste freshly baked desserts and talk about Paris
Enjoy the desserts you made with a buttered baguette, fruit juice, and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. While you eat, she also shares stories about Paris and Parisian life.
