This is a 2.5-hour cooking class with a professional pastry chef at an atelier in central Paris. Discover the secrets of making perfect choux pastry, the base of éclairs and choux, and learn how to use it to create a variety of pastries. The class is taught in English or French.
Make éclairs and choux yourself with the chef's help
All the ingredients you need are provided, so you can come empty-handed. Following the chef's guidance, you'll do everything from the dough to the baking yourself in a fun, interactive class. Drinks are served during the workshop.
Finish with your own fillings and toppings and take them home
Decorate and finish your own éclairs with a variety of fillings and toppings. You can take home the éclairs and choux pastries you made, and you'll also receive a recipe booklet so you can make them again at home.
