Absolutely loved this cooking experience! 🌸🍳 I had a wonderful time from beginning to end! Before the cooking class, we visited a local vegetable and flower market, where we learned interesting stories about Thai food culture and local ingredients. We then cooked four completely different Thai dishes, which was so much fun! The cooking equipment was cute, and the presentation of every dish was beautiful. Our instructor, Jeab, was fantastic — bright, friendly, fun and incredibly knowledgeable. She also took lots of photos throughout the experience and kindly sent them to us afterwards, which was such a lovely touch. For personal reasons, I had to leave a little early, and Jeab was incredibly kind and understanding. She even let me take the food I had prepared with me to enjoy later. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of this experience. Highly recommended to anyone who loves Thai food, culture and cooking! ❤️

Learn about Thai ingredients at the local market

The cooking class begins at Pak Khlong Talat in Bangkok's Old Town. Walk with your instructor through the local fruit and vegetable market and the flower market, learning about the various ingredients and spices used in Thai food, such as lemongrass and galangal, by seeing and smelling them directly.

After the market tour, return to the cooking studio to start cooking. In particular, you can learn how to make fresh coconut milk for Mango Sticky Rice, experiencing the process of creating a basic ingredient for Thai cuisine.
