All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided, and you receive a certificate and a souvenir.
White Lotus Thai Cooking School is where Thai cooking and culture come together. The sounds, sights, smells, and tastes of a Thai market are part of everyday life in Thailand and shape Thai cuisine. The class begins by exploring ingredients at the market and continues in the kitchen with traditional cooking methods.
Walk through a local market with a guide and observe how Thai people handle and buy various raw ingredients. The market visit is included in the morning and afternoon classes, but not in the evening class.
Back at the school, after a welcome drink, you prepare Tom Yam Goong, Pad Thai, Som Tam, and Mango Sticky Rice using traditional Thai methods. All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided. The set menu may be adjusted or substituted with prior notice.
Taste the dishes you cooked with drinks, and receive a certificate and a souvenir at the end of the class. Choose from the morning class (08:30-12:00), afternoon class (13:30-17:00), or evening class (18:00-21:00). Each class has a maximum of 10 guests, including participants and observers.
