Join an izakaya-style cooking class in Iriya, Tokyo, inspired by Japanese home drinking culture. Make Japanese home dishes that pair well with drinks, such as sushi hand rolls, wagyu or tofu steak and Japanese rolled omelet, together with a local instructor. Taste your dishes with sake, Japanese beer or other drinks and discover which drink suits each dish. With a maximum of 6 participants, you can interact closely with the instructor, and you take the recipes home to recreate the dishes.
