Meet your guide at the meeting point near Iriya Station and head to a neighborhood supermarket. Shop together while your guide shows you how to choose the fresh meat, fish, vegetables and seasonings used every day in Japanese home cooking.

Cook authentic Japanese dishes in a cooking studio

Move to a professional cooking studio for a guided lesson, practice your knife skills, and make dashi (Japanese stock) and sushi rice. Then complete authentic dishes such as miso soup, eggplant dengaku, dashimaki tamago and sushi rolls yourself.
