Enjoy a different ramen style on each route

The Shibuya route features classic Hokkaido ramen, fusion tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and savory curry ramen. The Shinjuku route takes you from classic Tokyo ramen to modern tori paitan (rich chicken ramen) and premium chicken or fish ramen.
On the Ueno route, taste classic Kyushu ramen, modern tsukemen (dipping ramen) and modern Tokyo ramen. Each route has a different meeting point, so please check the route you booked.
Learn the history of ramen and how it's made

As you move between shops, your guide uses colorful slides and handouts to explain everything about ramen, from its history and types to how it's prepared and the latest trends. By the end of the tour, you'll know how to choose ramen like an expert.
