Meet at Tsukiji Hongwanji and
walk through the Tsukiji Outer Market

Meet your guide in front of the main gate of Tsukiji Hongwanji and head to the Tsukiji Outer Market. Walk through the lively, bustling market lanes as your guide shares interesting facts about the market and Japanese seafood cuisine. You will spend about 70 minutes in the outer market.

Learn to make sushi at a cooking school

After the market tour, move to the cooking school for the class. Learn how to make ball-shaped temari sushi and maki sushi (rolled sushi), while a professional instructor demonstrates a variety of cooking techniques.

Make tamagoyaki and miso soup too

Along with sushi, make tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) and miso soup to complete a washoku (Japanese cuisine) meal. Aprons and bottled water are provided at the cooking studio, and you will also receive a digital recipe and a digital certificate.

Enjoy lunch with the dishes you made

Sit down and enjoy lunch made up of the dishes you prepared to end the experience. The whole experience takes about 3 hours.
