This day tour departs by bus from Osaka or Kyoto and covers Nara, Fushimi Inari Taisha and Arashiyama in a single day. At Nara Park you can get close to the freely roaming deer and feed them deer crackers (shika senbei), and at Fushimi Inari Taisha you walk the path of vermilion torii gates winding up the mountainside. In Arashiyama you are free to explore the Bamboo Grove, Nonomiya Shrine, Togetsukyo Bridge and the Kimono Forest. An English- and Chinese-speaking guide accompanies you, and you can choose an option that starts and ends in either Osaka or Kyoto.

This day bus tour takes you in an air-conditioned vehicle to Nara Park, Fushimi Inari Taisha and Arashiyama in turn. An English- and Chinese-speaking guide comes along.
Depending on your option, the start and end points are Osaka (Kintetsu Nippombashi Station) or Kyoto (Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station). Osaka departures leave at 8:00 and Kyoto departures at 9:00, and some options, such as "Osaka → Kyoto", drop you off in the other city.

Spend about 1 hour at Nara Park, where more than 1,000 deer, regarded as messengers of the gods, roam freely. Feed them deer crackers (shika senbei), take photos with them and enjoy your free time.

Spend about 1 hour 10 minutes at Fushimi Inari Taisha, the shrine dedicated to the god of prosperity. Walk through the Senbon Torii, where more than 10,000 vermilion torii gates form tunnels winding up the mountainside, and take photos. The shrine has also appeared in the films "Memoirs of a Geisha" and "Detective Conan".

In Arashiyama you have free time to stroll through the Bamboo Grove and visit Nonomiya Shrine, known for its unpainted black log torii (kuroki torii), Togetsukyo Bridge with its sweeping views of Arashiyama, and the Kimono Forest lined with 600 pillars decorated with Kyo-yuzen textile patterns. Tenryu-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its Sogenchi Garden can be entered for an additional fee.
Arashiyama also has plenty of street food and restaurants, so you can grab a meal, stop by the Rilakkuma Tea House, or relax at the Arashiyama Station foot bath (additional fee). At the end of the tour you return to the drop-off point of your option (Kyoto Station or Nippombashi in Osaka).
※ The itinerary or order of visits may change depending on weather and traffic.
※ Entry to Tenryu-ji Temple and the Arashiyama Station foot bath cost extra.
