Arashiyama, Nara Park & Fushimi Inari Day Bus Tour from Osaka/Kyoto (Lunch Options)

Depart from Osaka or Kyoto and visit
three top sights of Kyoto and Nara in one day

Depart by air-conditioned bus from Namba in Osaka (meet at 07:50, depart at 08:00) or near Kyoto Station (meet at 09:00, depart at 09:10). With your guide, you visit Arashiyama, Nara Park and Fushimi Inari Shrine in turn, with photo stops and free time at each site. At the end of the tour, you can get off in Kyoto or Osaka.

Stroll the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and Togetsukyo Bridge

At the first stop, Arashiyama, you stay for about 2 hours 40 minutes. Walk through the towering bamboo grove and freely explore Togetsukyo Bridge, the Kimono Forest and the Arashiyama Station footbath. Tenryu-ji can be entered for a separate fee.

Have lunch in Arashiyama if you choose a lunch option

With a lunch option, you have lunch for about 50 minutes at Kyoto Wasabi Arashiyama (京都わさび 嵐山店). Kobe beef is available as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki or a beef rice bowl, and there are also pork shabu-shabu, eel rice bowl (unagi-don) and vegetarian curry options.

Meet the deer of Nara Park and see Todai-ji

Travel to Nara, Japan's ancient capital, and spend about 80 minutes in Nara Park. Meet the deer roaming freely among temples and greenery, and see the giant Great Buddha of Todai-ji, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admission to Todai-ji must be paid separately.

Walk the Senbon Torii at Fushimi Inari Shrine

Finally, spend about 80 minutes at Fushimi Inari Shrine and walk through the Senbon Torii, a tunnel of thousands of vermilion torii gates leading up Mount Inari. After the tour, return by bus to Kyoto or Osaka.
