Rental Location & Method Guide

You can pick up your wheelchair at the Kyoto Tourist Information Center located at Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo by presenting your voucher. Please return it to the same location. The Tourist Information Center is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so please visit during these hours to pick up the number of wheelchairs you reserved. Rental hours are from 10:30 AM to 10:30 AM the following day, so please return the wheelchairs promptly!

* One thing to note is that a 5,000 yen deposit is required in addition to the rental fee, so be sure to prepare cash.
