Ride in a vehicle matched to your group size

Groups of 1 to 3 ride in a sedan, 4 in an SUV, 5 in a minivan, 6 to 8 in an 8-seat minibus, and 9 to 14 in a 14-seat minibus. Each vehicle has a set number of standard (22-inch) suitcases it can carry. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, a vehicle upgrade fee applies.

Your driver waits at the terminal when you arrive

For airport-to-hotel transfers, your driver tracks your flight and waits at the meeting point near the exit of Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 or 2. For international flights, choose a start time that allows you to clear customs and immigration; for domestic flights, enter your scheduled arrival time. The driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes from the selected time.

For departures, you are picked up at your hotel

For hotel-to-airport transfers from Osaka or Kyoto, the start time you select is your hotel pickup time. Depending on the option, a 15-minute wait at the hotel is included. Please allow extra time for traffic in Osaka and Kyoto.
