Put on a yukata and
begin with a temple prayer

This healing experience of about 2 hours takes place at a temple in Kitahorie, Nishi-ku, Osaka. After a welcome drink, change into a yukata, offer incense at the temple and hear about the temple's history and Japanese worship culture. Each session is a small-group experience limited to 3 participants.

Meditate to bells and incense
and relax your feet in a foot bath

Calm your mind with meditation using bells and incense. Then soothe your tired feet with a foot bath and scrub massage.

Relax deeply with Reiki healing
and an oil massage

Reiki is a non-contact Japanese energy healing method that aims to promote deep relaxation of body and mind and emotional balance. You also receive a full-body oil massage using essential oils. Treatments are given individually.

Finish with a traditional
tea ceremony and Japanese sweets

Finally, enjoy a traditional tea ceremony with wagashi (Japanese sweets) and hear about the culture and history of tea. Photos of you in a yukata taken on a smartphone during the experience are given to you free of charge as a souvenir.
