Mutianyu Great Wall Ticket, Beijing - Shuttle Bus Included & Cable Car/Toboggan Options

Show your passport and
enter the Mutianyu Great Wall directly

Book online in advance and show your passport on site to enter. There is no need to exchange for a paper ticket; the shuttle bus, entrance gate and cable car are all accessed with your passport. The ticket is valid all day during opening hours, so you can explore at your own pace in the morning, afternoon or evening.

Take the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the entrance

The included shuttle bus takes you from the parking lot to the Great Wall entrance. The shuttle does not depart from downtown Beijing; it only runs between the parking lot and the entrance. If you need transport from the city, you can choose the private car option with an English-speaking driver who picks you up at the lobby of your downtown hotel.

Go up and down by cable car, skylift or toboggan

Depending on your option, you can ride the cable car up to the wall and back, or take the skylift up and ride the toboggan down. For the skylift and toboggan, show the QR code you receive one day before your visit.

Walk the Great Wall at night in summer

In July and August, the Night Wall is open from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. With the night entry + cable car option, you can explore the Great Wall in the evening.

※ The toboggan may be closed due to weather. In that case, you will come down by skylift instead.
