Hengshan Calligraphy Art Center is a public calligraphy-themed museum dedicated to preserving, researching, developing and promoting Taiwanese calligraphy. Since opening in 2021, it has connected Taoyuan's culture with calligraphy and fostered international calligraphy exchange. Exhibitions change over time, so please check the official website before your visit.

Admire architecture inspired by inkstone and ink

The main building combines the image of ink being ground on an inkstone with the shapes of five seal stones. The park's base represents the inkstone and the pond represents the ink. It has received awards including the 2018 National Excellence in Construction Gold Award, first place at the 2022 Taiwan Architecture Award and the 2022 Good Design Award in Japan.

Enter through Building A or B and continue to Buildings C and D

After your ticket is checked at the entrance of Building A or B, staff will give you a separate ticket for re-entry to Buildings C and D. After your visit, show your ticket stub or e-ticket QR code at the museum's refreshment space "Water One Side" to get 10% off your meal (open 09:30–19:00, closed Tuesdays).
