Installing the eSIM

Print the QR code attached to your booking or save it on another device in advance (iOS 17 and above can save it directly to your phone).
In Settings, open "Mobile Data" (iOS) or "SIM Management" (Android).
While connected to the internet, tap "Add Mobile Plan" (iOS) or "Add New SIM" (Android) and scan the QR code to install.
If you can't scan the code, enter the "SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code" from your booking details.
If steps 3 and 4 fail, your phone may be locked by your carrier. Please ask your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.

Using the eSIM

Turn off your primary SIM and turn on the eSIM network.
