After pickup from your hotel in District 1, 3 or 4, you sit on the back of a motorbike driven by a skilled driver and ride through Saigon's lively streets. The route covers 5 districts with 7 stops. All drivers complete one month of training, and scooter accident insurance covering up to USD 5,000 is included.

Taste local food recognized by the Michelin Guide

Instead of tourist restaurants, you are guided to carefully selected local street food spots, including places selected by the Michelin Guide. High-end restaurants are not visited. A sample menu includes bo kho beef stew served in a stone bowl with cold jasmine tea, and at Hồng Phát in District 3 (Michelin Bib Gourmand 2023 and 2024), tiger prawn and pork salad rolls, pork wonton noodles and a Vietnamese frozen banana popsicle.

At Béo Ơi Quán, serving northern Vietnamese cuisine, you try trà đá iced tea, fried green rice patties and beef noodle soup in a crab and tomato broth, then finish the tour with fresh seafood at Ốc Oanh. Drinks are served at each eatery and beer at the last stop.

Visit a flower market and Chinatown

Between eateries, you stop by a flower market, an apartment complex and part of Chinatown. Your foodie guide tells the stories behind each dish and place, and takes great photos of your time in Saigon.
