See the Blue Cave at Cape Maeda in Onna Village, one of Okinawa's most popular spots, by snorkeling or a trial dive. Veteran instructors with over 10 years of diving guide experience lead the tour, so first-timers can join with peace of mind. Even if you are not a confident swimmer, you can swim easily with a life jacket, and you can also enjoy feeding tropical fish and underwater photography. You will receive about 20 photos and a 1-minute video taken with a GoPro free of charge.
Program
Head from Cape Maeda to the Blue Cave
Gather at the meeting point by your booked time, and the staff will explain the precautions and basic skills. After the briefing, the experience starts at Cape Maeda. The activity itself takes about 1 hour, and the total time from meeting is about 2.5 hours.
Explore the cave glowing in blue light
The popular Blue Cave can be easily enjoyed even by snorkeling. If you are not a confident swimmer, a life jacket lets you swim easily just by moving your legs, and staff can also guide you while holding a float.
Feed tropical fish and take underwater photos
Surrounded by lots of tropical fish, you can enjoy feeding them as if you were in the Dragon Palace. You will receive about 20 GoPro photos and a 1-minute video for free, and for an extra 1,500 yen per person, unlimited video recording is available (ask your guide).
Private group trial diving is also available
The trial diving option is a private session for your group only, open to ages 10 and up. Even without experience, you can enjoy diving in the Blue Cave following the instructor's guidance.
※ The activity runs in the rain, but the point may be changed or the activity cancelled depending on waves and wind.
※ If swimming is prohibited inside the cape, you cannot go to the Blue Cave and will be guided to nearby Maeda Beach instead.

Staff will wait for you at the meeting point. By car, it takes about 10 minutes from Ishikawa IC on the Okinawa Expressway. Entering the address or phone number into a car navigation system may lead you to the wrong place, so please check the location on Google Maps.
To use the Cape Maeda parking lot, please check in first at the Muto Sensui temporary parking lot. On weekends, holidays and in peak seasons, the Cape Maeda parking lot gets congested for about an hour after 9:30, so allow at least 1 hour for waiting at the parking entrance.
