• Please check your mobile voucher via email or the WAUG app.
• Show the QR code voucher at the counter of an exchange station and exchange it for a physical ticket before boarding.
• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Exchange within this period (within the sales period) and use it on any one day within the valid period.

- Keihan Yamashina Station: 07:00–19:50
- Biwako-Hamaotsu Station: 05:00–24:10
※ Exchange is only possible while station staff are on duty.

[Valid sections]
- Boarding/alighting: hop on and off freely at all Keihan Otsu Line stations (Misasagi – Biwako-Hamaotsu, Ishiyamadera – Sakamoto-Hieizanguchi).

* Free cancellation up to 1 day before the validity period expires, as long as the voucher has not been exchanged for a physical ticket
* No cancellation or refund after exchanging for a physical ticket or from 1 day before the validity period expires

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests made outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
• Please submit cancellation and refund requests during business hours and receive a cancellation confirmation.
