The highlight of the Churaumi Aquarium is the huge Kuroshio Sea tank. You can watch the whale shark, the world's largest fish, and manta rays swimming right in front of you.

Explore the Coral Sea and Deep Sea tanks

In the sunlit Coral Sea tank, see a large coral cultivation exhibit, and in the Deep Sea tank, discover exhibits recreating Okinawa's mysterious deep ocean. There are also staff-led commentary programs and special exhibitions held several times a year.

Explore Ocean Expo Park as well

Ocean Expo Park, where the aquarium is located, also has the Tropical Dream Center, Sunset Plaza, Oceanic Culture Museum, Native Okinawan Village and Emerald Beach. Swimming at Emerald Beach is possible from April to the end of October. This ticket includes aquarium admission only.
