Instructions for use:

▲ From the ticket list screen, select the ticket you wish to use and click "Start Use." Once the ticket appears, review the details and click "Use Ticket."

* Cancellation is not possible after use.
* Tickets must be activated on the day of use. Do not pass through the turnstile before use.
* The validity period begins immediately after ‘start of use’, so please be sure to use it on the same day.
* The QR code is updated every 5 minutes and cannot be used with a captured screen or printed QR code.
* If you accidentally activated the QR code by clicking the "Use Ticket" button, please contact us by clicking the chatbot icon at the bottom of the WEST QR app. We will verify whether the ticket has been used and assist you in invalidating it. However, if the train has already departed, invalidation is not possible.

Harukas 300

• Please check your email or mobile voucher in the WAUG app.
• On the day of use, please present your mobile voucher (QR code) at the counter on the 16th floor of the Harukas 300 Observatory and exchange it for a physical ticket before entering.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, and is only valid on the same day after exchange for the actual voucher.

Unused (unexchanged) tickets within the validity period can be cancelled free of charge. However, partial cancellations are not permitted if even one facility has been used.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be submitted during business hours and confirmed upon receipt of cancellation confirmation.
