• On the day of use, present your mobile voucher (QR code) at the 16th floor counter of the Harukas 300 Observatory and exchange it for a ticket before entering.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, and is only valid on the same day after exchange for the actual voucher.

• This product can be reserved and used on the same day.
• The validity period for both JR Haruka Limited Express tickets and Harukas 300 admission tickets is 90 days from the date of purchase.
• If the ticket is unused (unexchanged) within the validity period, it can be cancelled free of charge. However, partial cancellation is not possible if even one facility has been used.
• Only foreigners visiting Japan with a short-term stay visa can use it. (Student visas, working visas, etc. are not available.)
• You can only get off at Tennoji Station on the Haruka Limited Express. (You cannot get off at Kyoto, Osaka, etc. / You cannot use the train in the reverse direction.)
• Please issue a ticket for this product using the white ticket machine next to the ticket gate.
• If you lose your ticket, it will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
• After exchanging for a ticket, if the train you are planning to ride is canceled, please use another Haruka unreserved seat or Kansai Rapid. If you are not using JR, you can get a refund by presenting the ticket at the Midori-no-Madoguchi at Kansai Airport Station. (After exchanging, refunds through travel agencies are not possible.)
• If you exchange your ticket for a ticket and begin boarding the Haruka, but the train is canceled midway, your ticket will not be refunded.
• Re-entry into Harukas 300 is not permitted.
• Admission to Harukas 300 is only possible on the day of ticket exchange.
