19-minute walk from Kiyomizu-Gojo Station

• A spacious washing area (4 units), brushes, and hair dryers are provided. (There is no shower room)
• There are 40 free lockers with keys for your convenience.
• For large luggage that does not fit in the locker, please store it in the corner of the locker room. At this time, please be sure to keep valuables in the locker.
• You are allowed to bring in food, but eating outside the waiting room is prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to other guests.
• There is a waiting room that can accommodate about 10 people. (If you have young children, please make sure they are accompanied by a guardian.)
• Pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol cannot use the facility.
• Applicable age: 5 to 12 years or older, height 110 to 140 cm or older.
• It takes approximately 15 minutes to wear a kimono. During peak season, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it may take 30 minutes to 1 hour longer.
• If you have allergies or skin diseases, please experience at your own risk.

If the reservation is canceled after 18:00 PM local time in Korea 1 day before the participation date, 100% of the total reservation amount

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
