• You must make a reservation by phone in advance and inform the hotel in advance of your use of the voucher.
• Please provide the hotel with the verification code found on your voucher when making your advance reservation.
• If you do not make a reservation at the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to use the voucher depending on the circumstances.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for the time you reserved by phone, your reservation will be canceled immediately.
• Each room has a different structure, and rooms are assigned according to on-site conditions.
• Additional on-site fees apply on certain days.
• Specific days are defined as Dragon Boat Festival (6/8 - 6/10), Mid-Autumn Festival (9/14 - 9/27), and 10/10 - 10/13. An on-site surcharge of NT$300 will be added.
• The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests must use the stairs. Wheelchairs and strollers can be left in the lobby.
• If you cannot arrive at your reservation time or cancel your stay, please contact the hotel at least 1 day in advance. If damage occurs due to failure to provide advance notice to the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to refuse cancellation of the reservation.
• The date selected on the calendar at the time of purchase is for reference only, and the voucher can be used until October 31, 2024.

Additional person charge

• Overtime and extra person fees will be charged at site rates.
• Overtime fees vary for each option and range from a minimum of NT$600 to a maximum of NT$1,000.
• Children under 6 years old can enter for free. (Amenities not included)
• Starting from 2 children, NT$300 per person per room will be charged. (including amenities)
• Children aged 7 - 12 will be charged NT$300 per child. (including amenities)
• Children over 13 years old will be charged NT$500 per person. (including amenities)

If the voucher is unused, it can be canceled for free.
If you reserved your visit time slot via the hotel phone after purchase, please contact the hotel to inquire about a refund.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
