BESTWashoku Toku felt like a quiet, hidden restaurant nestled in a Gion alley. Each dish was carefully prepared, and while the chef wasn't overly friendly, he explained everything with sincerity and care, which was very nice. I highly recommend it!

Located in a quiet alleyway away from the bustling streets of Kyoto, Washoku Togu is a restaurant specializing in Japanese traditional cuisine, Kaiseki, where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner with course dishes using fresh seasonal seafood and vegetables.
The nearest station is Kitaoji Station on the Kyoto Karasuma Line, but it's about a 16-minute walk. However, it's a 5-minute walk from Daitokuji Temple📍, a Kyoto tourist spot with a beautiful garden, so we recommend visiting after sightseeing.
