The sesame pudding served with the Zen meditation experience at Kyoto Uji Hozen-in is a medicinal dessert made by the monk in charge of the temple's kitchen. The sesame pudding drizzled with brown sugar syrup is wrapped in soft white rice cake, so you can enjoy it sweetly.
