Board an air-conditioned coach in Ginza, Tokyo, and spend a day exploring the highlights of Nikko, a UNESCO World Heritage destination. At Toshogu Shrine, famous for its intricate carvings and lavish decorations, your guide helps you find the Three Wise Monkeys and the Yomeimon Gate. Take in Kegon Falls from the observation deck and stroll along the shore of Lake Chuzenji to enjoy Nikko's mountain scenery. Choose an option with or without Toshogu admission and lunch; the tour is guided in English and Spanish.

Leave Ginza by coach
for the World Heritage town of Nikko
The tour starts in Ginza, Tokyo. During the approximately 2.5-hour ride on an air-conditioned coach, the cityscape gradually gives way to forested hills and mountain roads. As you enter Nikko, you will see the vermilion Shinkyo Bridge over the Daiya River from the coach window. The bridge is known as the traditional entrance to Nikko's sacred area.
Find the Three Wise Monkeys and
the Yomeimon Gate at Toshogu

Set among towering cedar trees, Toshogu is the best-known shrine in Nikko and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For about 2.5 hours, explore its intricate carvings, ornate decorations, and impressive gates and buildings with your guide. Look for the Three Wise Monkeys, which represent the proverb "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil," and the richly decorated Yomeimon Gate.
With the admission option, you will enter the Toshogu shrine complex to see its buildings and sacred areas. With the option without admission, you will have free time to explore the surrounding area at your own pace.
Enjoy lunch and free time
at the Kegon Falls observation deck

A 30-minute coach ride takes you into the mountains. At Kegon Falls, you will have about 70 minutes for lunch and free time and can view the falls from the observation deck. A Japanese lunch at a local restaurant in Nikko is included only in the all-inclusive (premium) option.
Stroll along Lake Chuzenji and return to Tokyo

After another 20-minute ride, you will arrive at Lake Chuzenji, where you can walk along the shore and take photos for about 25 minutes. Surrounded by forests and mountains, Nikko changes its look with the seasons, from fresh greenery to autumn leaves and winter scenery. The coach then takes about 3 hours to return to Ginza.
※ The order of visits may change slightly due to traffic, weather, local events, road conditions, or other operational circumstances. All planned visits remain part of the itinerary.
※ Seasonal scenery such as autumn leaves or snow and views of the falls and lake depend on the weather and are not guaranteed.
