From Beijing: Baoding Baishishan Day Tour - Cable Car Included

for Baishishan World Geopark

Pickup from hotels within Beijing's 5th Ring Road starts around 6:00 AM, and the driver and guide give a short safety briefing before departure. After about 2.5–3 hours on the expressway you arrive at the East Gate of the scenic area, where your guide helps you through the entry process right away.

Ride the gate cable car up the mountain

Baishishan is a 5A-rated World Geopark in northern China, and its main summit, Buddha's Light Peak, stands at 2,099 m. Sharp peaks, steep rock formations and a unique marble peak forest line the trails, and after rain or early in the morning a sea of clouds often wraps around the summits. The included gate cable car takes you halfway up the mountain in about 8 minutes.

Walk the glass skywalk and glass bridges among the peaks

Spend about 5–6 hours with your guide visiting highlights such as Double Hero Rock, the glass skywalk, the Feihu double glass bridge, the Oath Terrace, the red birch forest and Buddha's Light Peak. Take photos freely along the way and rest at the cliffside café. Lunch is at your own arrangement, and your guide can recommend nearby local restaurants.

Meet again at the East Gate and return to Beijing

In the afternoon, the group meets at the East Gate at the scheduled time and drives back to Beijing, ending the tour with drop-off at your hotel. The whole day takes about 12–14 hours including hotel pickup and drop-off.
