After a 3:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Uyuni, you will travel by 4WD vehicle (4 seats) to a stargazing spot inside the Uyuni Salt Flat. With no light pollution and clean air, you can admire the stars across an endless night sky. This is a private tour for your group only, accompanied by a Spanish/English-speaking guide and a driver.
Wait for the sunrise over the salt flat
After stargazing, wait on the spot for the sun to rise and enjoy the sunrise scenery over the salt flat. After the sunrise, the tour ends around 7:00 AM and you return to the starting point.
See the mirror effect in the rainy season
This night tour is especially recommended during the rainy season, when a layer of water forms on the salt flat and the sky is reflected on its surface like a mirror. Waterproof boots are provided in the rainy season.
