Your instructor shares the story of Vietnam and coffee from the past to the present and teaches traditional Vietnamese brewing techniques. Each step of the coffee-making process is explained carefully and thoroughly.

Make egg coffee and milk coffee yourself

World-famous egg coffee takes some effort, but it is very rewarding to make. You will also learn strong, espresso-style Hanoi milk coffee and Saigon-style milk coffee, which is a little sweeter thanks to three secret drops.

Relax and enjoy your creations

After the class, stay on the balcony or the open sidewalk space in front of the cafe to taste and compare your coffees. You can also try a range of local and international specialty coffees, and if you would like ingredients to take home, they can be prepared on the spot.
