See the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii
in one day from Rome

This coach tour from Rome takes you to the Amalfi Coast and the ruins of Pompeii in one day. On the Amalfi Coast you choose between Positano and Sorrento for your free time, and in the afternoon you enter Pompeii at a set time and listen to an archaeologist guide. An English-speaking guide accompanies the tour, and the whole trip takes about 12.5 to 13 hours. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.

Ride along the scenic Amalfi Coast by coach

It takes about 3 hours by coach from Rome to reach the Amalfi Coast. You spend about 30 minutes taking photos and enjoying the scenic drive, and you also taste limoncello at a local producer.

Spend free time in Positano or Sorrento

The Positano option gives you about 1 hour 30 minutes of free time in the village of pastel-colored houses lined up toward the sea along steep cliffs. It has a longer drive along the Amalfi Coast, so you see more of the scenery.

The Sorrento option lets you enjoy a flat, walkable square and open sea views in a relaxed cliff-top town above the Bay of Naples. The transfer is shorter. Each option includes only one of Positano or Sorrento.

Enter Pompeii at a set time and explore the ruins

In the afternoon you continue to Pompeii, the Roman city buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. With timed entry you skip the long ticket queue, and for about 2 hours an archaeologist guide leads you past houses, shops and squares along the original stone streets. The guide explains how Romans lived their daily lives.
