Meet your English-speaking guide and driver in front of Café des Dames in Paris's 17th arrondissement and travel about 1 hour by minibus to Giverny. With a maximum of 8 people, you can explore at a relaxed pace.
Explore Monet's house and gardens in Giverny
Spend about 2 hours strolling through Claude Monet's Clos Normand garden and Japanese water garden. Walk among the willows and cross the green bridge over the water lily pond to see the scenery of Monet's paintings in person.
Next, tour the colorful interior of the Monet family home and see the spaces where the painter actually lived and worked. After the gardens and house, visit Monet's grave to pay tribute to the great painter.
Discover Van Gogh's final days in Auvers-sur-Oise
After about 50 minutes by minibus, arrive in Auvers-sur-Oise for a lunch break (about 1 hour) before exploring the village. Visit the room in the boarding house where Vincent van Gogh spent the last 3 months of his life and hear about his difficult life and post-impressionist art.
Walk through the village and surroundings that inspired 77 of Van Gogh's paintings, visiting the Gothic Church of Auvers and the real Wheatfield with Crows. After seeing Van Gogh's simple ivy-covered grave, return by minibus to the starting point in Paris.
