The class takes place in an 'Emily in Paris' themed kitchen decorated with neon lights and Parisian decor. Put on your branded apron and follow a professional Parisian pastry chef in a class taught in English.
Learn everything from dough to lamination
Make croissants from scratch as you mix the dough and learn the lamination technique of folding butter into layers. You will also create your own two-tone croissants with two colors of dough. No prior experience is needed to follow along.
Capture your freshly baked croissants and take them home
While the croissants bake, enjoy 'Emily in Paris' conversation cards and a playlist with your choice of coffee, tea or water. Take Polaroid photos of your croissants fresh from the oven, and finish the class with your croissant box and tote bag.
