• This product is an automatic reservation product. Same-day reservations are available on the same day.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of JTR purchase. (Purchase date, not use date)
• Once the voucher has been exchanged for a real ticket, it is only valid on the date specified when exchanging the ticket.
• When making a reservation, please be sure to enter the name on your passport.
• If you are making a reservation for more than 2 tickets, please enter the information for all prospective users rather than duplicating the representative's information. Otherwise, no ticket will be issued.
• Gender distinction is required when making reservations. Please be sure to enter one of (MR. MS. CH).
• Please make a reservation according to the direction of use, such as 'Kyoto city → Fukui'. The ‘Kyoto City → Fukui’ ticket cannot be used in the ‘Fukui → Kyoto City’ direction.
• Only unused vouchers within the validity period can be canceled after payment of a fee.
• After exchanging the voucher for a real ticket, the travel agency cannot provide a refund. A refund fee of 440 yen for non-reserved seats and 560 yen for reserved seats will be charged up to 2 days prior to the use date. From 1 day before Sunday to the train time, a refund fee of 220 yen + 30% of the ticket price will be charged. (Refunds are also available at Kansai Airport Station.)
• Only available to holders of government passports other than Japan. However, permanent resident card holders and long-term residents (study abroad, work visa, etc.) cannot use it.
• Please be sure to bring your passport when issuing tickets. This is not possible with a copy of your passport.
• In order to exchange the voucher for a reserved seat ticket, a total of two exchange processes are required. (1. If you issue the first voucher through the ticket machine, you can receive a 'Thunderbird Visit Japan Tourist Ticket (Reserved Seat)'. / 2. If you exchange the unreserved seat ticket you received again at the ticket machine or Madoguchi, you can receive a reserved seat ticket. You must have both types of tickets issued through this process. However, a total of 3 tickets will be issued as tickets to Toyama require a train transfer.)

• If the train for your desired time slot is full, please use a non-reserved ticket or use the next train.
• Passengers going to Toyama must transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Tsuru Station. When transferring, you can only board the "Toyama Type (Tsurugi)" Fukuriku Shinkansen.
• You can only board and disembark in the section you purchased, and you cannot get off at other stations within the section.
• If your ticket is lost (including stolen), it will not be reissued.

• If the ticket issuing machine is defective or the IC chip is not attached to your passport, please exchange it for a physical ticket at the Midori no Madoguchi (station office) at the designated station. (In this case, a passport is also required)

After exchanging for a real ticket, if it is in an unused condition, a refund is possible by paying a fee (10% of the purchase price) at JR Midori no Madoguchi.
